FAIL TO APPEAR FOR FINGERPRINTS

Cornwall, ON – Adam McRae, 32, of St. Andrews West was arrested on August 18th, 2020 and charged with failing to appear for fingerprints. It is alleged on July 10th, 2020, the man failed to attend police headquarters for fingerprints, despite his release order, and an investigation ensued. On August 18th, 2020, the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on October 29th, 2020.

THEFT UNDER $5000, DOMESTIC BREACH

Cornwall, ON – A 49-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on August 19th, 2020 and charged with theft under $5000, as well as three counts of breach of release order for contacting his ex-girlfriend, being within 50 metres of her, and attending her residence. It is alleged between August 6-7, 2020, the man attended his ex-girlfriend’s residence and removed several tools without her permission. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On August 19th, 2020, police located the man and took him into custody. He was charged accordingly and released to appear in court on November 10th, 2020. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.
