THEFT UNDER $5000 x 2

Cornwall, ON – A 17-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on April 4th, 2022 and charged with two counts of theft under $5000. It is alleged on March 27 and 30, 2022, the youth took a quantity of cash from a Tollgate Road business and police were subsequently called to investigate. On April 4th, 2022, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and was released to appear in court at a later date. The name of the youth was not released as per provision of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
