FAIL TO ATTEND FOR FINGERPRINTS

Cornwall, ON – Amanda MacMillan, 33, of Cornwall, was arrested on May 11th, 2022, and charged with failing to attend for fingerprints. It is alleged that on March 30th, 2022, the woman was scheduled to attend for fingerprints and failed to do so. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on July 12th, 2022.

 FAIL TO ATTEND FOR FINGERPRINTS

Cornwall, ON – Brittany Howard-Markell, 30, of Cornwall, was arrested on May 11th, 2022, and charged with failing to attend for fingerprints. It is alleged that on August 30th, 2021, the woman was scheduled to attend for fingerprints and failed to do so. She was in custody on an unrelated matter and was charged accordingly. She was held for a bail hearing.

 WARRANT

 Cornwall, ON – A 53-year-old man of no-fixed-address was arrested on May 11th, 2022 on the strength of a warrant.It is alleged that the man breached his  probation order by failing to keep the peace and be of good behaviour, notify the court of any change of address, notify probation of any change of address, communicating with his ex-girlfriend and being within 100 meters of his ex-girlfriend. Police were contacted and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On May 11th, 2022, a member of the Cornwall Police Service attended Long Sault as the man had been taken into custody on the strength of Cornwall’s warrant. The warrant was executed and he was held in custody to await a bail hearing. His name was not released as the conditions stem from a domestic occurrence and would identify the victim in the matter.

 MISCHIEF UNDER $5000, BREACH OF PROBATION

Cornwall, ON – Farid Mohamoud, 27, of Cornwall, was arrested on May 11th, 2022, and charged with mischief under $5000 and breaching his probation. On May 3rd, 2022, the man threw a rock at a residence and damaged the window. The male was also bound by a probation order to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on June 23rd, 2022.

ASSAULT WITH A WEAPON, UTTERING THREATS, POSSESSION OF A WEAPON, BREACH OF PROBATION

Cornwall, ON – Christopher Riviere, 37, of Cornwall, was arrested on May 11th, and charged with assault with a weapon, uttering threats, possession of a weapon, and breach of probation. It is alleged that on May 11th, 2022, he made threats to medical staff while brandishing a knife and a pipe. He is also bound by a probation order with conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour, and not to be in possession of any weapons. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

 BREACH OF RELEASE ORDER, BREACH OF PROBATION

 Cornwall, ON – Lenka Prechectel, 43, of Cornwall, was arrested on May 12th, 2022, and charged with breaching a release order and probation order. It is alleged that on the early hours of May 12th, 2022, police located the woman outside of her residence, despite her conditions to remain in her residence and keep the peace. During the investigation, she was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
