FRAUD UNDER $5000

Cornwall, ON – Kirk Beckstead, 30, of Cornwall was arrested on September 8th, 2022 and charged with fraud under $5000. It is alleged on May 12th, 2022, the man accepted a quantity of money in return for a service he indicated he would provide, but never provided the service. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On September 8th, 2022, he was taken into custody during a traffic stop, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on October 13th, 2022.
