MISCHIEF UNDER $5000

Cornwall, ON – Amy Cox, 29, of Cornwall was arrested on December 7th, 2022 and charged with mischief under $5000. It is alleged on July 26th, 2022, the woman damaged a sink while at a McConnell Avenue facility and police were contacted to investigate. On December 7th, 2022, she was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on January 12th, 2023.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT, MISCHIEF, THREATS

Cornwall, ON – A 46-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on December 7th, 2022 and charged with domestic assault, mischief and uttering threats. It is alleged on December 7th, the man assaulted his ex-girlfriend, damaged her sweater, and made threats to kill her. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on December 20th, 2022. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.
