BREACH OF RELEASE ORDER

Cornwall, ON – Stepha Franklin, 33, of Cornwall, was arrested on December 12th, 2022, and charged with breaching his release order. It is alleged that on November 24th, 2022, the man was bound by a release order with the relevant condition to notify police if he changes his address and failed to do so. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on January 10th, 2023.

MISCHIEF

Cornwall, ON – Justin Langlois, 52, of no fixed address was arrested on December 12th, 2022, and charged with mischief. It is alleged that on December 12th, 2022, the man attended and interfered with the lawful use and operation of a residence in the west end of Cornwall, after previously being warned not to. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and held for a bail hearing.

WARRANTS, BREACHES

Cornwall, ON – Carrie Anderson, 32, of Cornwall, was arrested on December 13th, 2022, on the strength of 3 outstanding warrants and charges with six counts of breaching a release order. It is alleged that on July 28th, 2022, the woman was scheduled to attend court and failed to do so. A warrant was issued. It is also alleged that on August 11th, 2022, the woman repeatedly communicated with another individual causing that person to fear for their safety. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. A warrant was issued for her arrest. It is also alleged that on August 11th, 2022, the woman was scheduled to attend court and failed to do so. A warrant was issued. Furthermore, it is alleged that on December 13th, 2022, the woman was bound by three separate release orders with the relevant conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour, and not to contact a certain individual. On this date, police conducted a traffic stop on a motor vehicle and located the woman with the person she was prohibited from contacting. The warrants were executed, she was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

WARRANT, BREACH OF PROBATION

Cornwall, ON – Brent Fisher, 49, of Cornwall, was arrested on December 13th, 2022, on the strength of an outstanding warrant and charged with three counts of breach of probation. It is alleged that between August 11th and October 28th, 2022, the man was bound by a probation order with the relevant condition to report to a probation officer to assist in his supervision. He failed to do so and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On December 13th, 2022, it is alleged that the man was bound by a probation order with the relevant condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour, not to communicate with a certain individual, and to not be within 100 meters of the same individual. On this date, police conducted a traffic stop and located the man with individual he was prohibited from contacting or being within 100 meters of. The warrant was executed, he was charged accordingly and released to appear in court on January 10th, 2023.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Carmela Licursi, 41, of Cornwall, was arrested on December 13th, 2022, on the strength of an outstanding warrant. It is alleged that on August 17th, 2022, the woman was scheduled to attend court and failed to do so. A warrant was issued for her arrest. On December 13th, 2022, the woman was located and the warrant was executed. She was released to appear in court on January 26th, 2023
