BREAK AND ENTER, BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Jonathan Lauzon, 36, of St. Andrews West was arrested on April 4th, 2023 and charged with the following:

  • Break and enter x 2
  • Breach of undertaking (for failing to notify a change of address)
  • Breach of probation order (for failing to keep the peace)

It is alleged between April 2 and April 3, 2023, the man had forced his way into two Pitt Street businesses, causing numerous damages. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, it was learned the man had changed addresses and had failed to notify police. On April 4th, 2023, police located the man and took him into custody. He was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
