BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Brent Fisher, 25, of Cornwall was arrested on September 9th, 2020 and charged with two counts of breach of probation for consuming alcohol and failing to keep the peace. It is alleged while police were investigating a suspicious person complaint, the man was located intoxicated by alcohol, despite the conditions of his probation order. On September 9th, 2020, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on November 26th, 2020.

WARRANTS, OPERATION WHILE PROHIBITED, PERSONATION TO AVOID ARREST, OBSTRUCT POLICE

Cornwall, ON – Katlen Moore, 29, Cornwall was arrested on September 9th, 2020 on the strength of two warrants. She was also charged with operation while prohibited, personation with intent to avoid arrest and obstruct police. It is alleged the woman attended a Second Street business in June and removed merchandise, making no attempt to pay for the item as she left the store. It is further alleged the woman failed to attend for fingerprints on July 6th, 2020 and warrants were issued for both investigations. On September 9th, 2020, during a traffic stop, the woman identified herself to police using someone else’s name. During the traffic stop, she was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on November 17th, 2020.
