DOMESTIC BREACH

Cornwall, ON – A 29-year-old Cornwall woman was arrested on September 21st, 2020 and charged with two counts of breach of undertaking for contacting her ex-boyfriend and attending his residence. It is alleged on September 18th, 2020, the woman attended her ex-boyfriend’s residence, despite her conditions, and police were contacted to investigate. On September 21st, 2020, she was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on November 26th, 2020. Her name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Morgan McCreary, 41, of Cornwall was arrested on September 21st, 2020 and charged with two counts of breach of release order for contacting a certain person and attending a certain residence. She was also charged with two counts of breach of probation for contacting the same person and failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on September 21st, 2020, while responding to an unrelated matter, police located the woman in breach of her conditions and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, she was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on December 10th, 2020.
