ASSAULT WITH A WEAPON

Cornwall, ON – James White, 69, of Akwesasne was arrested on November 3rd, 2020 and charged with assault with a weapon. It is alleged on November 3rd, 2020, while attending a Brookdale Avenue business, the man assaulted someone he did not know with a cane and police were contacted to investigate. During the investigation, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on January 12th, 2021.
