IMPAIRED

Cornwall, ON – Stephanie Lynch, 31, of Cornwall was arrested on November 4th, 2020 and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle. It is alleged the woman was operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drug in the area of Ninth Street and Pitt Street. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, the woman was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on January 14th, 2021.

SHOPLIFTING

Cornwall, ON – Melinda Cook, 23, of Akwesasne was arrested on November 4th, 2020 and charged with theft under $5000. It is alleged on November 4th, 2020, the woman attended a Cornwall Square business and removed merchandise, making no attempt to pay for the items as she left the store. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, the woman was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on January 14th, 2021.
