WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Kurtis Dallinger, 36, of Cornwall was arrested on November 23rd, 2020 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the man had repeatedly contacted two individuals known to him, as well as stand outside of their residence and stare. Police were contacted and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On November 23rd, 2020, the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court on February 2nd, 2021.

THEFT OF MOTOR VEHICLE

Cornwall, ON – Travis Derouchie, 25, of Apple Hill was arrested on November 23rd, 2020 and charged with theft of motor vehicle. It is alleged on November 22nd, 2020, the man took a motor vehicle from someone known to him without permission. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued.  On November 23rd, 2020, the man was in custody on an unrelated matter. He was subsequently charged accordingly and held in custody to await a bail hearing.

BREACH

Cornwall, ON – A 22-year-old Cornwall woman was arrested on November 23rd, 2020 and charged with three counts of breach of probation for contacting her boyfriend, being within a certain distance of him and failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on November 23rd, 2020 the woman was located at her boyfriend’s residence, despite her conditions, and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, she was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on February 4th, 2021. Her name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.
