BREACH

Cornwall, ON – A 47-year-old Cornwall woman was arrested on December 15th, 2020 and charged with two counts of breach of probation for contacting her boyfriend and failing to keep the peace. She was also charged with breach of release order for contacting her boyfriend. It is alleged on November 26th, 2020, the woman was located speaking to her boyfriend, despite her conditions. On December 15th, 2020 she was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on February 16th, 2021. Her name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT, ASSAULT, BREACH

Cornwall, ON – A 40-year-old Cornwall woman was arrested on December 15th, 2020 and charged with the following:

·         Domestic assault

·         Assault

·         Breach of probation x 2 (for contacting her son after consuming alcohol and failing to keep the peace)

It is alleged during an altercation on December 15th, the intoxicated woman assaulted her boyfriend and her son. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, the woman was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on February 23rd, 2021. Her name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.
