BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Amanda Lagacy, 36, of Cornwall was arrested on March 30th, 2021 and charged with breach of undertaking for failing to notify a change of address to police. It is alleged while investigating an unrelated matter on March 30th, 2021, the woman was confirmed to be residing at a residence not specified in her conditions. An investigation ensued and she was subsequently taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on June 10th, 2021.

ASSAULT

Cornwall, ON – Marion Adams, 65, of Akwesasne was arrested on March 30th, 2021 and charged with assault. It is alleged during an altercation on March 30th, the woman struck someone she did not know and police were contacted to investigate.  During the investigation, she was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on June 10th, 2021.

ASSAULT WITH A WEAPON

Cornwall, ON – Summer Presley, 23, of Monkland was arrested on March 30th, 2021 and charged with assault with a weapon. It is alleged during an altercation with someone known to her, she assaulted the victim with a fan. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, she was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on June 15th, 2021.
