WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Samuel Ashmore, 25, of Cornwall was arrested on May 12th, 2021 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the man failed to attend court on May 4th, 2021, after failing to attend his previous court date. Police were contacted and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On May 12th, 2021, the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court on July 22nd, 2021.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – A 30-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on May 12th, 2021 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the man failed to attend court on May 3rd, 2021, for a domestic-related offence and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On May 12th, 2021, the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court on July 22nd, 2021. His name was not released as it stems from a domestic occurrence and would identify the victim in the matter.

WARRANTS

Cornwall, ON – Jessica Wright, 25, of Cornwall was arrested on May 12th, 2021 on the strength of two warrants. It is alleged the woman failed to attend court on January 19th, 2021, as well as April 8th, 2021 and warrants were issued for her arrested. On May 12th, 2021, the woman attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. She was taken into custody on the strength of the warrants and released to appear in court on August 10th, 2021.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – James McColgan, 20, of Cornwall was arrested on May 12th, 2021 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged on June 12th, 2020 the man used a bank card that did not belong to him, without the cardholder’s permission, and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On May 12th, 2021, he attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court on July 22nd, 2021.

THREATS, MISCHIEF

Cornwall, ON – Kyle Maling, 44, of Cornwall was arrested on May 12th, 2021 and charged with uttering threats and mischief. It is alleged on May 12th, 2021, the man prevented someone known to him from the lawful enjoyment of their property and further made threats to kill the person. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on July 22nd, 2021.
