WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Marc Fournier, 38, of Cornwall was arrested on May 27th, 2021 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the man failed to attend court on April 6th, 2021 for a breach offence and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On May 27th, 2021, the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court on July 8th, 2021.

MISCHIEF UNDER $5000, UNLAWFULLY IN A DWELLING

Cornwall, ON – A 22-year-old Cornwall woman was arrested on May 27th, 2021 and charged with mischief under $5000 and being unlawfully in a dwelling. It is alleged on May 23rd, the woman attended the residence where her ex-boyfriend was and entered without permission, subsequently damaging a door. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On May 28th, 2021, the woman attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on July 22nd, 2021. Her name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Adam Albers, 33, of Cornwall was arrested on May 27th, 2021 and charged with five counts of breach of release order for failing to sign in to police. It is alleged on five occasions between March and April, the man failed to sign in to police, despite the conditions of his release order. An investigation ensued and on May 27th, 2021, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Marc Dumond, 56, of Cornwall was arrested on May 27th, 2021 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the man failed to attend court on April 29th, 2021 for multiple offences and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On May 27th, 2021, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Jason Billings, 47, of no-fixed-address was arrested on May 28th, 2021 and charged with two counts of breach of release order. It is alleged the man failed to advise police of his address and further attended the City of Cornwall, despite his conditions. The man was located by police on May 28th and was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
