WARRANTS, OBSTRUCT POLICE, PERSONATION WITH INTENT TO AVOID ARREST

Cornwall, ON – Daniel Bourdeau, 46, of Cornwall was arrested on July 14th, 2021 on the strength of multiple warrants. It is alleged the man failed to attend court and failed to attend for fingerprints in August of 2020, in addition to breaching his release order. Police were contacted and warrants were issued for his arrest. On July 14th, 2021, police located the man while investigating an unrelated matter, at which time the man identified as someone else to police. He was taken into custody on the strength of the warrants and held for a bail hearing.

THREATS

Cornwall, ON – Cody Lague, 26, of Cornwall was arrested on July 14th, 2021 and charged with uttering threats. It is alleged the man made threats to harm someone he did not know and police were contacted to investigate. During the investigation, the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on October 5th, 2021.

DOMESTIC MISCHIEF

Cornwall, ON – A 27-year-old Cornwall woman was arrested on July 14th, 2021 and charged with domestic mischief. It is alleged during an altercation with her boyfriend on June 19th, the woman damaged a mirror on his vehicle and police were contacted to investigate. On July 14th, 2021, she was taken into custody during a traffic stop, was charged accordingly and released to appear in court on September 28th, 2021. Her name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.
