WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Keith Seyeau, 46, of Cornwall was arrested on August 26th, 2021 on the strength of a warrant. He was also charged with possession of a Schedule I substance. It is alleged the man failed to attend court on August 10th, 2021 for a previous failing to attend court offence and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On August 26th, 2021, police located the man and took him into custody on the strength of the warrant, at which time he was found to be in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine. He was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

WARRANTS

Cornwall, ON – A 45-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on August 26th, 2021 on the strength of multiple warrants. It is alleged on May 27th, the man took a bank card from someone known to him, while threatening to harm the individual. He further used the credit card to obtain a quantity of cash. It is further alleged in 2019, the man failed to attend court for a breach offence, and further assaulted his ex-girlfriend and damaged her cell phone. Police were contacted and warrants were issued for his arrest. He was located by police on August 26th, 2021, at which time he was taken into custody on the strength of the warrants and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Roxanne Cook, 34, of Cornwall was arrested on August 27th, 2021 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the woman failed to attend court on July 13th, 2021 for a theft offence and a warrant was issued for her arrest. On August 27th, 2021, police located the woman and took her into custody on the strength of the warrant. The warrant was executed and she was held in custody to await a bail hearing.
