FAIL TO ATTEND COURT

Cornwall, ON – Ferdinand Flaro, 56, of Lunenburg was arrested on October 26th, 2021 and charged with failing to attend court. It is alleged on October 19th, the man failed to attend court for an assault offence and an investigation ensued. On October 26th, 2021, police located the man while investigating an unrelated matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on December 23rd, 2021.

POLICE EXECUTE TWO DRUG WARRANTS DURING EARLY MORNING HOURS

Cornwall, ON - This morning, the Cornwall Police Service, with the assistance of the Ontario Provincial Police, executed two drug warrants in the area of Marlborough Street and the area of William Street. Distraction devices were used and heard; however, no guns were fired. As a result, multiple individuals were taken into custody. More details on the investigation will be provided later this week.
