DOMESTIC ASSAULT X 2

Cornwall, ON – A 34-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on November 3, 2021. It is alleged on two occasions between November 2-3, the man assaulted his girlfriend, and police were subsequently contacted to investigate. On November 3, 2021, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on January 11, 2022. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

DOMESTIC MISCHIEF

Cornwall, ON – A 21-year-old Alexandria man was arrested on November 3, 2021 and charged with domestic mischief. It is alleged while at his girlfriend’s residence on November 3, the man damaged the door of the residence, as well as other household items. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on January 11th, 2022. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Fabien Pelosse, 45, of Cornwall was arrested on November 3, 2021 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the man failed to attend court on October 28, 2021 for a break and enter offence and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On November 3, 2021, the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and held for a bail hearing.
