WARRANTS

Cornwall, ON – Torran Mitchell-Terrance, 28, of Snye, QC was arrested on November 8th, 2021 on the strength of two warrants. It is alleged the man failed to attend court on January 25th, 2021 and further failed to attend for fingerprints on October 28, 2020. Police were contacted and warrants were issued for his arrest. On November 8th, 2021, the man was taken into custody on the strength of the warrants while stopped at the Port of Entry. The warrants were executed and he was released to appear in court on January 18th, 2022.

SHOPLIFTING

Cornwall, ON – Nancy Waldrif, 28, of Cornwall was arrested on November 8th, 2021 and charged with theft under $5000. It is alleged on November 3, 2021, the woman attended a Ninth Street business and removed merchandise, making no attempt to pay for the items as she left the store. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On November 8th, 2021, the woman attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on January 18th, 2022.
