BREACH

Cornwall, ON – A 32-year-old Cornwall woman was arrested on November 23rd, 2021 and charged with breach of undertaking for contacting her ex-common-law husband. It is alleged on November 22nd, 2021, the woman contacted her ex-common-law husband, despite her conditions, and police were contacted to investigate. On November 23rd, 2021, she was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on December 7th, 2021. Her name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Shawnna Chartrand, 29, of Cornwall was arrested on November 23rd, 2021 and charged with three counts of breach of release order for failing to reside at a certain residence, leaving the residence, and failing to report to police should she no longer reside at that residence. It is alleged while police were responding to a disturbance on November 23rd, 2021, the woman was located residing in a residence that was contrary to her release conditions. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Joshua Jarvis, 31, of Cornwall was arrested on November 23rd, 2021 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged on August 10th, 2021, the man failed to attend court for a drive while prohibited offence and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On November 23rd, 2021, he was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court at a later date.
