WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Craig Hopkins, 44, of Cornwall was arrested on December 1st, 2021 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the man breached his conditional sentence order and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On December 1st, 2021, he was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and held for a bail hearing.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Debbie Smoke, 20, of Akwesasne was arrested on December 1st, 2021 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the woman failed to attend court on November 16th, 2021 for an impaired offence and a warrant was issued for her arrest. On December 1st, 2021, she was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant while stopped at the Port of Entry. The warrant was executed and she was released to appear in court on February 10th, 2022.
