BREACH

Cornwall, ON – A 29-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on December 6th, 2021 and charged with breach of release order for contacting his ex-girlfriend. It is alleged on November 30th, 2021, the man contacted his ex-girlfriend, despite his conditions, and police were contacted to investigate. On December 6th, 2021, the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Kirbie Lazore, 31, of Hogansburg, NY was arrested on December 6th, 2021 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the woman failed to attend court on November 29th, 2021 for a fail to attend for fingerprints offence and a warrant was issued for her arrest. On December 6th, 2021, she attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. She was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court on February 1st, 2022.

Cornwall, ON – Ian Osman, 36, of Cornwall was arrested on December 6th, 2021 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged on December 1st, 2021, the man failed to attend court for a previous fail to attend court offence and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On December 6th, 2021, he attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court on February 15th, 2022.

BREAK AND ENTER, POSSESSION OF A SCHEDULE I SUBSTANCE

Cornwall, ON – Kim Legault, 37, of Cornwall was arrested on December 6th, 2021 and charged with break and enter and possession of a Schedule I substance, being methamphetamine. It is alleged on December 6th, 2021, the woman entered the residence of someone known to her without permission and police were contacted to investigate. During the investigation, the woman was taken into custody, at which time she was found to be in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine. She was charged accordingly and released to appear in court on February 15th, 2022.
