SHOPLIFTING, BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Brika Henophy, 37, of Cornwall was arrested on December 8th, 2021 and charged with theft under $5000 and breach of release order for attending a certain business. It is alleged on November 4th, 2021, the woman attended a Ninth Street business, despite her conditions, and removed merchandise, making no attempt to pay for the items as she left the store. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On December 8th, 2021, she attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on February 22nd, 2022.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Jeremy Rozon, 41, of Cornwall was arrested on December 8th, 2021 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the man failed to attend court on June 2nd, 2021 for a possession of property obtained by crime offence and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On December 8th, 2021, he was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court on February 24th, 2022.
