WARRANTS

Cornwall, ON – David Fisher, 46, of no-fixed address was arrested on January 17th, 2022 on the strength of two warrants. It is alleged the man failed to sign in to police and failed to report a change of address to police, despite his conditions. It is further alleged the man failed to attend court on July 19, 2021 for a weapons offence. Police were contacted and warrants were issued for his arrest. On January 17th, 2022, he was taken into custody on the strength of the warrants and held for a bail hearing.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Kandy Pierce, 28, of Akwesasne was arrested on January 17th, 2022 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the woman breached her release order by failing to remain in her residence and failing to report to her Bail Supervision Program. Police were contacted and a warrant was issued for her arrest. On January 17th, 2022, she was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant while stopped at the Port of Entry. Police attended and executed the warrant and the woman was subsequently held in custody to await a bail hearing.

OPERATION WHILE PROHIBITED

Cornwall, ON – Timothy Orr, 46, of Cornwall was arrested on January 18th, 2022 and charged with operation while prohibited. It is alleged on January 18th, 2022, the man was operating a motor vehicle while being prohibited from doing so. He was taken into custody during a traffic stop, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on March 29th, 2022.
