OPERATION WHILE PROHIBITED

Cornwall, ON – Dennis Latreille, 49, of Cornwall was arrested on February 15th, 2022 and charged with operation while prohibited. It is alleged the man was operating a motor vehicle while prohibited from doing so on February 15th, 2022. He was taken into custody during a traffic stop, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on April 28th, 2022.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT, MISCHIEF

Cornwall, ON – A 24-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on February 15th, 2022 and charged with domestic assault and mischief. It is alleged during an altercation with his girlfriend, the man assaulted her and damaged her phone. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on April 26th, 2022. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

OPERATION WHILE PROHIBITED

Cornwall, ON – Kristan Swamp, 33 of Akwesasne was arrested on February 15th, 2022 and charged with operation while prohibited. It is alleged the woman was operating a motor vehicle while prohibited from doing so on February 15th, 2022. She was taken into custody after being stopped at the Port of Entry. She was charged accordingly and released to appear in court on April 28th, 2022.
