WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Devin McAllister, 42, of Cornwall was arrested on March 4th, 2022 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the man failed to attend court on December 9th, 2021 for a fail to attend for fingerprints offence and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On March 4th, 2022, he was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court on May 17th, 2022.

FAIL TO ATTEND FOR FINGERPRINTS

Cornwall, ON – Donald Peddle, 50, of Martintown was arrested on March 4th, 2022 and charged with failing to attend for fingerprints. It is alleged on February 23rd, 2022, the man failed to attend police headquarters for fingerprints and an investigation ensued. On March 4th, 2022, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on May 17th, 2022.

BREACH

Cornwall, ON – A 41-year-old Akwesasne man was arrested on March 4th, 2022 and charged with breach of undertaking for contacting his wife. It is alleged on March 4th, 2022, the man was observed in a vehicle with his wife, despite the conditions of his undertaking, while stopped at the Port of Entry. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on May 17th, 2022. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

IMPAIRED, OVER 80

Cornwall, ON – Coleman Cameron, 31, of St. Andrews West was arrested on March 4th, 2022 and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and over 80. It is alleged on March 4th, 2022, the man was operating a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol. Police were conducting proactive traffic enforcement in the area of Brookdale Avenue and Tollgate Road, and subsequently took the man into custody during a traffic stop. He was charged accordingly and released to appear in court on May 3rd, 2022.

IMPAIRED, OVER 80

Cornwall, ON – Marie Chantal Delormier, 19, of Akwesasne was arrested on March 5th, 2022 and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and over 80. It is alleged on March 5th, 2022, the woman was operating a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol. She was taken into custody during a traffic stop, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on May 3rd, 2022.

WARRANTS

Cornwall, ON – Ryan Whitford, 28, of Cornwall was arrested on March 5th, 2022 on the strength of multiple warrants. It is alleged the man failed to attend court on December 23rd, 2021 for a previous fail to attend court offence, as well as failing to report his residence, per his conditions. It is further alleged on February 12th, 2022, the man took a motor vehicle, belonging to someone known to him, and failed to return the motor vehicle to the person. Police were contacted and warrants were issued for his arrest. On March 5th, 2022, he was taken into custody on the strength of the warrants and held for a bail hearing.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Nichole Ault, 32, of Brinston, ON was arrested on March 5th, 2022 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged on January 5th, 2022, the woman failed to attend police headquarters for fingerprints and a warrant was issued for her arrest. On March 5th, 2022, she was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court on May 17th, 2022.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT, ASSAULT WITH A WEAPON, POSSESSION OF A WEAPON FOR A DANGEROUS PURPOSE

Cornwall, ON – Dustin Giroux, 18, of Cornwall was arrested on March 5th, 2022 and charged with aggravated assault, assault with a weapon and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose. It is alleged on March 5th, 2022, during an altercation with a 16-year-old youth known to him, the man struck the youth with an edged weapon, causing an injury that required medical attention. Police were contacted and took the man into custody. He was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

CRIMINAL HARASSMENT

Cornwall, ON – Michael Martin, 47, of Cornwall was arrested on March 6th, 2022 and charged with criminal harassment. It is alleged between November 2021 and February 2022, the man repeatedly contacted, followed, watched and engaged in threatening conduct with a man known to him and police were contacted to investigate. On March 6th, 2022, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on May 31st, 2022.

IMPAIRED, OVER 80

Cornwall, ON – Emily Kaddie, 28, of Cornwall was arrested on March 7th, 2022 and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and over 80. It is alleged during the early morning hours on March 7th, 2022, the woman was operating a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol. She was taken into custody during a traffic stop, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on May 12th, 2022.
