BREACH

            Cornwall, ON – A 36-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on February 24th, 2021 and charged with breach of a release order as well as a probation order. It is alleged on February 24th, 2021 while investigating a disturbance in the area of Ninth Street and Cumberland police found the man in breach of his conditions for being in the company of someone he has conditions not to communicate with and for failing to keep the peace. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as the conditions stem from a domestic incident and would identify the victim in the matter. 

            Cornwall, ON – Braydon Barilko, 19 of Cornwall was arrested on February 24th, 2021 and charged with breach of a release order for being outside his residence, not notifying a change of address and for failing to notify a change of address. It is alleged on February 24th, 2021 the man was in breach of his conditions when he was spotted by a member of the Cornwall Police Service in the area of Montreal Road and Bryden Avenue. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
