WARRANT 

            Cornwall, ON – David Schulte, 31 of Cornwall was arrested on February 8th, 2021 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the man failed to attend court on January 5th, 2021 for an arson charge and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On February 8th, 2021 the man was spotted by a member of the Cornwall Police Service in the area of Walton Street. He was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court on April 20th, 2021. 

MISCHIEF 

            Cornwall, ON – A 25-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on February 8th, 2021 and charged with mischief and breach of undertaking for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged during an argument with his parents on February 8th, 2021 the man damaged a wall in the residence. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. The man was taken into custody during the investigation, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on April 20th, 2021. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter. 

            Cornwall, ON – Dan Orr, 46 of Ottawa was arrested on February 2nd, 2021and charged with mischief. It is alleged during an investigation on February 2nd, 2021 the man interfered with someone’s lawful enjoyment of their property. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on April 13th, 2021.
