SHOPLIFTING

Cornwall, ON – Brianna Malcomnson, 28, of Cornwall, was arrested on Sept. 24, 2024, and charged with two counts of theft under $5,000. It is alleged on July 14, 2024, the woman attended a Ninth Street West business, selected merchandise and left the store without making an attempt to pay for the items. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. It is also alleged on Sept. 13, the woman attended the same Ninth Street West business, selected merchandise and once again left the store without making an attempt to pay for the items. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On Sept. 24, 2024, the woman attended police headquarters to address a separate matter. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on Oct. 31, 2024.

BREAK AND ENTER

Cornwall, ON – Michael Mantle, 55, of Cornwall, was arrested on Sept. 24, 2024, and charged with break and enter dwelling house - commit indictable offence. It is alleged on Sept. 24, 2024, the man broke into a building. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. The man was located by police, taken into custody and charged accordingly. He was released to appear in court on Oct. 31, 2024.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Jessika Summer, 24, of Cornwall, was arrested on Sept. 25, 2024, on the strength of an outstanding warrant. It is alleged on Feb. 1, 2024, the individual was scheduled to attend court and failed to do so. A warrant was issued for their arrest. On Sept. 25, 2024, police responded to an unwanted person call and an investigation ensued. The individual was located and the warrant was executed. The individual was released to appear in court on Oct. 31, 2024.
