WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Jason Patterson, 49, of Cornwall was arrested on October 6th, 2021 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the man failed to attend court on September 21st, 2021 for a possession of property obtained by crime offence and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On October 6th, 2021, he was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court on December 14th, 2021.

POSSESSION OF A SCHEDULE I SUBSTANCE

Cornwall, ON – Dustin George, 32, of Akwesasne was arrested on October 6th, 2021 and charged with possession of a Schedule I substance, being methamphetamine. It is alleged on October 6th, 2021, while police were investigating an unrelated matter, the man was observed in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine. During the investigation, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on December 14th, 2021.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Joshua Flaro, 21, of Cornwall was arrested on October 6th, 2021 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the man failed to attend court on September 7th, 2021 for a mischief offence and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On October 6th, 2021, the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court on October 21st, 2021.

DOMESTIC MISCHIEF, BREACH

Cornwall, ON – A 42-year-old Cornwall woman was arrested on October 6th, 2021 and charged with domestic mischief, as well as three counts of breach of release order for contacting her ex-boyfriend, as well as attending or being within a certain distance of his residence. It is alleged during an altercation with her ex-common-law husband on October 6th, the woman damaged the man’s motor vehicle and police were contacted. During the investigation, she was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released with the above-noted conditions. It is further alleged upon being released from custody, the woman returned to the man’s residence, despite her conditions. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. Her name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Quentin Kearns, 26, of Ingleside was arrested on October 6th, 2021 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged on January 21st, 2021, the man had returned a rental vehicle, in which a firearm was located inside the vehicle. Police were contacted and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On October 6th, 2021, the man was located by police during a traffic stop. He was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court on December 14th, 2021.

WARRANTS

Cornwall, ON – Denise Portieous-Jodoin, 28, of Cornwall was arrested on October 7th, 2021 on the strength of two warrants. It is alleged the woman breached her release order by failing to report to her bail supervision program on July 20th, 2021, and further failed to attend court on September 7th, for a breach offence. Police were contacted and warrants were issued for her arrest. On October 7th, 2021, she was taken into custody on the strength of the warrants and held for a bail hearing.
