WARRANTS

Cornwall, ON – Michael Masson, 34, of Cornwall was arrested on November 17th, 2021 on the strength of two warrants. It is alleged the man failed to attend for fingerprints on August 20th, 2021 and further breached his conditions by failing to remain in his residence and reside with his surety. Police were contacted and warrants were issued for his arrest. On November 17th, 2021, the man was located by police and taken into custody on the strength of the warrants. He was held in custody to await a bail hearing.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Thomas Thompson, 23, of Cornwall was arrested on November 17th, 2021 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged on August 30th, 2021, the man attended a Second Street business and removed merchandise, making no attempt to pay for the item as he left the store. Police were contacted and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On November 17th, 2021, he was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court on January 27th, 2022.

WARRANT, FAIL TO ATTEND FOR FINGERPRINTS

Cornwall, ON – Justine Jacobs, 36, of Akwesasne was arrested on November 17th, 2021 on the strength of a warrant. She was also charged with failing to attend for fingerprints on August 9th, 2021. It is alleged on August 26th, 2021, the woman failed to attend court for an operation while prohibited offence and a warrant was issued for her arrest. On November 17th, 2021, she was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on January 27th, 2022.

SHOPLIFTING

Cornwall, ON – Whitney Thompson, 33, of Hogansburg, NY was arrested on November 17th, 2021 and charged with theft under $5000. It is alleged on November 17th, the woman attended a Ninth Street business and removed merchandise, making no attempt to pay for the items as she left the store. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, the woman was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on January 27th, 2022.
