WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Patricia Rosenberg, 30, of Crysler was arrested on January 31st, 2022 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the woman failed to attend court on December 7th, 2021 for a previous fail to attend court offence and a warrant was issued for her arrest. On January 31st, 2022, she attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. She was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and held for a bail hearing.

SHOPLIFTING

Cornwall, ON – Yanik Charbonneau, 44, of Cornwall was arrested on January 31st, 2022 and charged with theft under $5000. It is alleged on December 18th, 2021, the woman attended a Ninth Street business and removed merchandise, making no attempt to pay for the item as he left the store. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On January 31st, 2022, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on April 14th, 2022.

BREACH

Cornwall, ON – A 27-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on January 31st, 2022 and charged with three counts of breach of undertaking for contacting his ex-boyfriend, attending his residence, as well as failing to notify police of a change of address. It is alleged on January 31st, 2022, the man attended his ex-boyfriend’s residence, despite his conditions, and police were contacted to investigate. During the investigation, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

WARRANTS

Cornwall, ON – Michelle David, 36, of Cornwall was arrested on January 31st, 2022 on the strength of multiple warrants. It is alleged in August 2020, the woman failed to sign in to police as per her conditions, and further failed to attend court on March 16, 2021 for a fail to attend for fingerprints offence. Additionally, the woman is alleged to have identified as someone else to police during an unrelated investigation to avoid arrest. Warrants were subsequently issued for the woman’s arrest. On January 31st, 2022, she was taken into custody on the strength of the warrants and released to appear in court on April 14th, 2022

BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Crystal Square, 38, of Cornwall was arrested on January 31st, 2022 and charged with breach of release order for failing to abide by her curfew. It is alleged on January 31st, police located the woman outside of her residence, despite the conditions of her release order. During the investigation, she was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on April 14th, 2022.
