DOMESTIC ASSAULT X 2, THREATS

Cornwall, ON – A 61-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on March 22nd, 2022 and charged with two counts of domestic assault and one count of uttering threats. It is alleged during an altercation with his wife in 2018, and again on March 16th, 2022, the man assaulted her. It is further alleged the man made threats to harm the woman. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On March 22nd, 2022, the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on May 31st, 2022. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

IMPAIRED, REFUSAL, MISCHIEF

Cornwall, ON – Amanda Flaro-Fox, 34, of Cornwall was arrested on March 22nd, 2022 and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle, refusal and mischief. It is alleged the woman was operating a motor vehicle while impaired and was subsequently taken into custody during a traffic stop. During the investigation, the woman failed to provide a sample of her breath and damaged a machine used by police. The woman was charged accordingly and released to appear in court on May 31st, 2022.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Korbin Billard, 32, of Cornwall was arrested on March 22nd, 2022 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the man failed to attend for fingerprints on February 14th, 2022 and a warrant was subsequently issued for his arrest. On March 22nd, 2022, he was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court on May 31st, 2022.
