FAIL TO ATTEND FOR FINGERPRINTS

Cornwall, ON – Austin Wilson, 19, of Cornwall was arrested on April 12th, 2022 and charged with failing to attend for fingerprints. It is alleged on March 24th, 2022, the man failed to attend police headquarters for fingerprints and an investigation ensued. On April 12th, 2022, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on June 23rd, 2022.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Makenzie Churcher, 26, of Cornwall was arrested on April 12th, 2022 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged on October 11th, 2020, the man repeatedly dialed 9-1-1 when in fact there was no emergency. During the investigation, a warrant was subsequently issued for his arrest. On April 12th, 2022, the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court on June 23rd, 2022.

ASSAULT, BREACH

Cornwall, ON – David Drew, 62, of Cornwall was arrested on April 12th, 2022 and charged with assault, as well as four counts of breach of probation for contacting a certain person, being within a certain distance of that person, being outside of his residence with alcohol in his body, and failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on April 12th, 2022, the intoxicated man attended the residence of someone he has conditions of no contact with and subsequently assaulted the individual. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on June 23rd, 2022.
