FAIL TO ATTEND FOR FINGERPRINTS
Cornwall, ON – A 44-year-old man of Cornwall, was arrested on May 17th, 2022, and charged with failing to attend for fingerprints. It is alleged that on March 23rd, 2022, the man was scheduled to attend for fingerprints and failed to do so. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on July 23rd, 2022. His name was not released as the incident stems from a domestic occurrence and may identify the victim.
DOMESTIC ASSAULT, MISCHIEF, BREACH OF PROBATION
Cornwall, ON – A 38-year-old man of Cornwall, was arrested on May 16th, 2022, and charged with assault, mischief under $5000, and breach of probation. It is alleged that on May 16th, 2022, the man removed a necklace from his girlfriend and caused damaged to it. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. Investigation revealed the man was on a probation order with the relevant condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. He was arrested, charged accordingly, and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released to protect the identity of the victim.
