IMPAIRED, OVER 80

Cornwall, ON – Tyler Littlejohn, 28, of Cornwall was arrested on August 30th, 2022 and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and over 80. It is alleged on August 30th, 2022, the man was operating a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol in the area of Sixth Street, when police noticed the vehicle travelling the wrong way down the one-way street. The man was taken into custody during a traffic stop, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on September 20th, 2022.

FAIL TO ATTEND COURT

Cornwall, ON – Jessica Lemieux, 33, of Cornwall was arrested on August 30th, 2022 and charged with failing to attend court. It is alleged on August 25th, 2022, the woman failed to attend court for a theft offence and police were contacted to investigate. On August 30th, 2022, she was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on October 4th, 2022.

UTTERING THREATS

Cornwall, ON – A 42-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on August 30th, 2022 and charged with three counts of uttering threats. It is alleged on August 28th, 2022, the man made threats to kill three of his family members and police were contacted to investigate. On August 30th, 2022, he attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on October 13th, 2022. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.
