WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Jacob Benoit, 23, of Cornwall was arrested on November 15th, 2022 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged on November 1st, 2022, the man failed to attend court for a theft offence and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On November 15th, 2022, he was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and held for a bail hearing.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Kimberly Laird, 41, of Cornwall was arrested on November 15th, 2022 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged on October 27th, 2022, the woman failed to attend court for a fraud offence and a warrant was issued for her arrest. On November 15th, 2022, she was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court on December 22nd, 2022.

WARRANTS

Cornwall, ON – Michel Lecompte, 64, of Cornwall was arrested on November 15th, 2022 on the strength of two warrants. It is alleged on October 21st, 2022, the man attended a Second Street business, despite his conditions, and removed merchandise, making no attempt to pay for the merchandise as he left the store. It is further alleged the man failed to attend court for a breach offence on November 10th, 2022 and warrants were issued for his arrest. On November 15th, 2022, he was taken into custody on the strength of the warrants and held for a bail hearing.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Sherry Burson, 54, of Cornwall was arrested on November 15th, 2022 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged on August 25th, 2022, the woman failed to attend court for a fail to attend for fingerprints offence and a warrant was issued for her arrest. On November 15th, 2022, she was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court on December 29th, 2022.
