THREATS

Cornwall, ON – A 40-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on November 23rd, 2022 and charged with three counts of uttering threats. It is alleged on November 23rd, the man made threats to harm his ex-girlfriend, his sister, and another individual known to him. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as it would identify the victims in the matter.

BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Stacy Nicholls, 44, of Cornwall was arrested on November 23rd, 2022 and charged with breach of undertaking for failing to report a change of address to police. It is alleged on November 19th, 2022, while police were investigating an unrelated matter, it was learned the man had changed his address and had failed to notify police. On November 23rd, 2022, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on December 29th, 2022.
