IMPAIRED OPERATION, OVER 80

Cornwall, ON – Monique Cuadra, 42, of Gloucester, Ontario, was arrested on December 1st, 2022, and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and over 80. It is alleged that December 1st, 2022, the woman was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in the area of Vincent Massey Drive. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on December 22nd, 2022.
