BREACH

Cornwall, ON – A 20-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on February 14th, 2023 and charged with breach of undertaking for contacting his ex-girlfriend and attending her residence. It is alleged on February 14th, 2023, the man attended his ex-girlfriend’s residence, despite his conditions, and police were contacted to investigate. During the investigation, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

WARRANT, THREATS, RESIST POLICE, BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Kyle Delorme, 30, of Cornwall was arrested on February 14th, 2023 on the strength of a warrant. He was also charged with the following:

  • Uttering threats
  • Resist police
  • Breach of release order (for failing to reside at a certain address)
  • Breach of probation order (for failing to keep the peace)

It is alleged the man breached his probation order and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On February 14th, 2023, police located the man, at which time he resisted arrest and made threats to kill a police officer. He was subsequently taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

IMPAIRED, OVER 80

Cornwall, ON – Christopher Prophet, 41, of Gloucester, ON was arrested on February 14th, 2023 and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and over 80. It is alleged on February 14th, 2023, the man was operating a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol and police were contacted to investigate. During the investigation, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on March 9th, 2023.

FAIL TO ATTEND COURT

Cornwall, ON – Amanda Lalonde, 38, of Cornwall was arrested on February 15th, 2023 and charged with failing to attend court. It is alleged on February 9th, 2023, the woman failed to attend court for a theft offence and police were contacted to investigate. On February 15th, 2023, she was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
