WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Robert Montgomery, 32, of no-fixed-address was arrested on March 15th, 2023 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged on September 5th, 2017, the man was in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine and was further on conditions to not possess any drugs without a valid prescription. Police were contacted and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On March 15th, 2023, a member of the Cornwall Police Service attended the courthouse as the man was in custody on an unrelated matter. The warrant was executed and he remained in custody to await a bail hearing.
