IMPAIRED, REFUSAL

Cornwall, ON – Rowan Mullings, 24, of Ashton, ON was arrested on June 20th, 2023 and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and refusal to comply with breath demand. It is alleged during the early morning hours on June 20th, the man was observed by police to be operating a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol. During the investigation, he refused to provide a sample of breath to police upon demand. He was subsequently taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on July 13th, 2023.
