THREATS, BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Jacob Gagnon, 24, of Cornwall was arrested on June 22nd, 2023 and charged with uttering threats and breach of release order for failing to remain in his residence. He was also charged with breach of recognizance for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on May 20th, 2023, the man attended a Montreal Road establishment, despite his conditions, and subsequently made threats to harm everyone inside of the establishment. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On June 22nd, 2023, he attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

THEFT UNDER $5000, BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Paul Hansen, 38, of Cornwall was arrested on June 22nd, 2023 and charged with theft under $5000 and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on June 22nd, the man took cell phones and bank cards belonging to someone known to him without their permission. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
