THEFT UNDER $5000

Cornwall, ON – Alain Boudrias, 46, of Cornwall was arrested on June 29th, 2023 and charged with theft under $5000. It is alleged on June 20th, 2023, the man took a cannabis plant from outside a residence that did not belong to him. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On June 29th, 2023, he attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on August 10th, 2023.

WARRANTS

Cornwall, ON – Christopher Leblanc, 31, of Cornwall was arrested on June 29th, 2023 on the strength of two warrants. It is alleged on June 15th, 2023 and June 23rd, 2023, the man failed to attend court for a drug offence and a previous fail to attend court offence. Police were contacted and warrants were issued for his arrest. On June 29th, 2023, he attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody on the strength of the warrants and held for a bail hearing.

Cornwall, ON – Christina Lafrance, 39, of Cornwall was arrested on June 29th, 2023 on the strength of two warrants. It is alleged on March 4th, 2023 and May 12th, 2023, the woman failed to attend court for a break and enter and obstruct offence. Police were contacted and warrants were issued for her arrest. On June 29th, 2023, she was taken into custody on the strength of the warrants and released to appear in court on August 10th, 2023.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Karina David, 32, of Hogansburg, NY was arrested on June 29th, 2023 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the woman breached her probation order and a warrant was issued for her arrest. On June 29th, 2023, she was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and held for a bail hearing.

BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Aston Ellis, 45, of Cornwall was arrested on June 30th, 2023 and charged with breach of release order for failing to abide by his curfew, as well as breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged during the early morning hours on June 30th, 2023, the man was observed away from his residence, despite his conditions. During the investigation, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
