Cornwall, ON – The Cornwall Police Service (CPS) is asking for the public’s assistance in order to identify a suspect involved in a theft complaint, where the suspect is alleged to have taken a bank card that did not belong to him on February 23rd, 2023, and he used it to make purchases later that day at a Ninth Street business.
