Cornwall, ON - The Cornwall Police Service (CPS) is asking for public assistance concerning a disturbance that occurred on the evening of July 17, 2023 at approximately 9:40 pm.

The incident is believed to have involved a man and woman in the area of Monaco Crescent and McConnell Avenue. The motor vehicle in the photo displayed was observed leaving the area and police are looking to speak with anyone with information regarding this incident and/or vehicle.

The CPS is seeking the assistance of residents and motorists who may have any camera footage or dash camera footage that may assist with the investigation around the time of the incident.  Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Constable Brian Langlois at langlois.b@cornwallpolice.com or to provide information anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or seawayvalleycrimestoppers.ca.
