WARRANTS, FAIL TO ATTEND FOR FINGERPRINTS

Cornwall, ON – Jessica Prunner, 33, of Cornwall was arrested on August 11th, 2023 on the strength of two warrants. She was also charged with failing to attend for fingerprints. It is alleged on July 4th and July 13th, 2023, the woman failed to attend court and warrants were issued for her arrest. It is further alleged on June 26th, 2023, the woman failed to attend police headquarters for fingerprints and an investigation ensued. On August 11th, 2023, she was taken into custody on the strength of the warrants and held for a bail hearing.

BREACH

Cornwall, ON – A 37-year-old man from Summerstown was arrested on August 11th, 2023 and charged with breach of undertaking for contacting his wife. It is alleged the man contacted his wife, despite his conditions, and police were contacted to investigate. On August 11th, 2023, he attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on August 22nd, 2023. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

ASSAULT WITH A WEAPON

Cornwall, ON – A 25-year-old Cornwall woman was arrested on August 12th, 2023 and charged with domestic assault with a weapon. It is alleged during an altercation with her boyfriend on August 12th, 2023, the woman assaulted him with a broom and police were contacted. During the investigation, she was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. Her name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

WARRANTS

Cornwall, ON – A 27-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on August 12th, 2023 on the strength of two warrants. It is alleged between May and June, 2023, the man assaulted his girlfriend, prevented her from leaving the residence, and assaulted her while brandishing a knife. Police were contacted and warrants were issued for his arrest. On August 12th, 2023, he was taken into custody on the strength of the warrants and released to appear in court on September 5th, 2023. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT, BREACH

Cornwall, ON – A 28-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on August 12th, 2023 and charged with domestic assault and breach of recognizance for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on August 12th, the man assaulted his common-law-wife and police were contacted. During the investigation, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

VOYEURISM, PUBLICATION OF AN INTIMATE IMAGE WITHOUT CONSENT X 2, UTTERING THREATS

Cornwall, ON – A 37-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on August 13th, 2023 and charged with voyeurism, two counts of publication of an intimate image without consent, as well as uttering threats. It is alleged on August 10th, the man recorded an intimate video of himself and a woman without the woman’s consent. It is further alleged he distributed two intimate screenshots of the woman and made threats harm the woman’s boyfriend. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On August 13th, 2023, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on September 21st, 2023. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Korbin Billard, 34, of no-fixed-address was arrested on August 13th, 2023 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged on December 6th, 2022, the man failed to attend court for a possession of property obtained by crime offence and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On August 13th, he was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court on September 12th, 2023.
