CPS WELCOMES THREE NEW CONSTABLES
Cornwall, ON – The Cornwall Police Service is thrilled to introduce our three newest constables, who were officially sworn in by the Honourable Justice Champagne at the Cornwall Courthouse on Monday July 7, 2025.
Please welcome to the CPS our newest constables:
- Cst. Jacob Clement: He was born and raised in Cornwall, and joins the CPS as an experienced police officer who is eager to serve the community he grew up in.
- Cst. Colton Campbell: He began his career with the CPS as a Special Constable in the Court Bureau and recently graduated from the Ontario Police College. A Cornwall native, he has a deep appreciation for our community.
- Cst. Tariq Sattaur: He joins the CPS after spending time serving within Northern Ontario communities, along with many years of serving the Government of Canada. He is getting to know the community and is looking forward to serving the City of Cornwall.
Several CPS officers were also on hand for the ceremony, including Acting Deputy Chief Chad Maxwell and Sgt. Dave MacLean.
